We handle and process your client’s claims.
We take the necessary
steps to resolve the complaints issued by your clients so, they do not take further actions like complaining to the BBB or
the PUC. Our job is to keep your Better Business Bureau record clean so that the PUC does not revoke your license.
In the event that
a client needs to get reimbursed because of your moving company’s negligence, we will contact the owner or manager of
your moving company to discuss and make the arrangements for the type of reimbursement your client deserves. Your moving company
will fax Customer Service Inc. an approved reimbursement form so we can further process the claim. Customer Service Inc. will
reimburse up to $210.00 in claims if necessary.
Should the sum of your clients claims exceed $210.00 per
month, your company will be billed the difference. |

be reimbursed to your client. Customer Service Inc. will also bare the responsibility
of making the reimbursements to your clients, at no additional cost to your moving company, as long as the total sum of all
reimbursements to your clients does not exceed $830.00 a month.
Should the cost of reimbursements exceed $830.00 a month, Customer
Service Inc. will contact you to pay the difference. |
