CUSTOMER SERVICE INC.
RENEW YOUR
SALES REPRESENTATIVES POLICY
We at Customer Service Inc. welcome you to our company. Our goal is to provide you with superior service.
In
order for us to give you superior service, we need to be on the same page. To
defend your company against complaints, we need to be 100% sure that you have
notified your clients properly of the services, company policies, additional charges, and of course the laws that
may exist. We also need to make sure they sign the proper forms so there is no misunderstanding of the services
you provide and they receive. Your sales representatives are responsible for that. They are the first people who initiate
contact with your clients. The more your sales representatives inform your clients, the less likely your clients are to complain.
Don’t forget, your sales representatives bring in the bulk of your profit. They therefore must be properly trained (we
do offer training courses, see additional services form). You must set policies for your sales reps to follow so all the services
you provide your client are justifiable and your complaints are reduced. If we are on the same page, your client could never
state they were not properly informed!
So lets get started, here is your sales representatives
new policy!
When a client calls for a quote, and is ready to book the job using
your services, your sales reps should give them the cost of the move. Once the job is closed, or in duration of being closed,
your sales rep should let the client know what the price includes: the truck, the men, loading, unloading, tax, fuel,
mileage, transportation, and basic insurance which is 0.60 cents per pound and per item. Your sales rep should also inform
the client of what the price does not include. That is extremely important to help avoid complaints and in us getting the
reimbursements reduced. In letting your clients know what is not included in the price, your sales reps should tell them that
the price does not include packing, packing materials, extra cubic feet or pounds for a long distance job, stairs for a long
distance job, or full value insurance. Your sales rep must inform your client that they have the option of purchasing additional
insurance from an outside company, or through your company if you offer it. When your sales reps properly inform your clients,
and they still call to complain for whatever reason, we at Customer Service Inc will have an easier time handling their call,
because we know that they have been properly informed of your company policies! So make it your company policy to properly
inform your clients!!!
