We at Customer Service Inc firmly believe that employees and moving companies should get rewarded on a job well done. That is why we created the awards program. There is an $8.00 fee to be a part of the awards program. This service is optional but, we recommend that you enroll!
This is how it works:
Each moving company is given a ratings ID number. Your moving company is the only company that knows your number. Your number is confidential and will not be revealed to any of the other moving companies. At the end of each month, each moving company will receive a ratings sheet. The ratings sheet consists of your company account number and its rating. Where your rating number appears will all depend on how it is rated at the end of the month. We base your rating on the number of complaints, and the severity of your complaints each month. The moving company that is rated #1 will receive a certificate of excellence enclosed with the rating sheet. If your company is rated #1 for three consecutive times in a row, Customer Service Inc. will award your company a catered lunch on us. This Program will definitely keep your company employees motivated!
  Customer Service Inc. also believes that your sales reps are the backbone of your business and profits. If your sales reps thoroughly explain to your clients the details of their move and any additional charges that may incur, the clients are less likely to complain because they knew in advance what they were going to be charged. That too deserves a reward. So, Customer Service Inc. has decided to get a list of all your sales reps. We will give a gift at the end of the month to which ever one of your sales reps received the least amount of complaints throughout the month.
